Oh yeah! So I have been watching your videos and realized that you have some stuff in your game that I do not. Why is that?
Could be a couple of things, either A I have an expansion pack you dont, or B It was because Maxis is stupid and didn't include it in the game, so I downloaded it from a Custom Content site, such as Mod The Sims 2 or Retail Sims

How do you get cool camera angles that I cant?
Try hitting TAB sometime.

How can I get rid of thought/speech bubbles and plumbbob?
Press ctrl-shift C to activate the cheat menu and enter:
plumbbobtoggle off - removes plumbbobs (requires nightlife expansion pack)
showheadlines off - removes talk bubbles (requires university expansion pack)
How do I keep from seeing sky above the walls on my lot.
I would call a contractor, but if you are talking about the sims, you have two options, either A film around it, or B download this:
